You May Feel Tired

Your Sleep Patterns May Change
Some people report insomnia after quitting sugar. Well, for a few days, it is better to find other ways to fall asleep.

You May Feel Anxious

Anger and irritation can be a common withdrawal symptom after quitting any substance that you are addicted to. But these feelings may disappear soon.

Though this may not happen to everyone, extreme mood swings cannot be ruled out after quitting sugar.

You May Get Irritated For No Reason
Irritability is one of the sugar withdrawal symptoms but this phase will soon fade away as you get used to the dietary changes.
