When you reduce your carb consumption, you will suddenly start craving carbohydrates. Generally, many people go for low carb diets mainly to reduce their weight and maintain good health. But in the starting stages, staying away from carbs would be very tough as the system got used to deriving energy from carbs since years. Such a phase is also called as carbohydrate withdrawal phase.

Consume a diet rich in protein and also eat fresh fruits and vegetables. It is important to ensure that you don't feel hungry as that might trigger your cravings fast. This is one of the ways to stop craving carbohydrates.
