A Belgian filmmaker named Alina Kneepkens created a video that captured the actual ingredient used in the making of these colourful gummy bears!

And the ingredient is Gelatin from pigs! Yeah, the video shows the cruelity that goes in the making of these gummies.

The pigs are dipped, washed and boiled until the flesh of the pig becomes soft and loose! After this the flesh of these pigs are skinned and flayed before setting them in piles. There are hundreds of pigs that are used in this process!

Though this sounds like a joke, but that is a fact that these chewy gummies that we all love to eat is made of nothing but pigs meat and skin!
