How To Lose Weight In A Week Without Exercise

Losing weight isn't easy for most of us. It requires careful balance of calorie expenditure and consumption.

Calorie consumption is nothing but your diet or the food you eat. Calorie expenditure is your activity levels or exercise.

Day 1

Eat only fruits. Don't choose banana. Go for water melons, grapes etc. Drink 8-12 glasses of water. Throughout the day, eat only fruits.

Eat only vegetables on the second day. If you can't eat raw, eat boiled vegetables. Choose vegetables like lettuce, cabbage, broccoli, cucumber, beams etc. Drink 8 glasses of water.

Day 3

Eat both fruits and veggies. But exclude potatoes and bananas. Drink water as usual (6-8 glasses).

Day 4

Eat bananas and drink milk on this day. How many bananas and how much milk? Well, go for 8 bananas and 3 glasses of milk. Divide the meal into three parts and eat during different times of the day.

Eat a cup of boiled rice along with 6 tomatoes. Drink lots of water.

Eat a cup of rice. After that, eat only vegetables for the whole day. Water intake should be 12 glasses.

Day 7

Eat rice (1 cup) and veggies and fruits of your choice. Drink 10 glasses of water.

By the 7th day, your weight will reduce, digestion will improve and your skin and hair will look healthy and glowing.
