2. Add Omega-3 Fats:

Fishes likes salmon, tuna and other fish oils are rich in omega-3 fats. Adding these to your daily diet helps in reducing the beta-amyloid plaques, thus preventing Alzheimer's disease later on.


3. Avoid Deep Fried & Processed Foods:
