Exercise To Keep The Heart Healthy
We need to exercise in order to keep our heart healthy and strong. As our heart is a muscle, if we live an active and healthy life, it will only do good to our heart. Research has proved that people who do not exercise are twice as likely to suffer from heart diseases compared to people who exercise.
When you exercise regularly, you lower your blood pressure, reduce bad cholesterol, increase good cholesterol, burn calories and lose weight. You do not have to lift weight and do strenuous exercises in order to stay healthy. Regular exercises for half an hour a day will suffice. Let us discuss them.

Cardio workout routines work out your heart as well as improve the flow of oxygen through the body. People who work out their hearts through cardio programs have an improved potential for fighting heart issues than individuals who do not. You could also try a brisk walk or running.
The jumping rope is definitely not a low impact workout, but very efficient at getting that heart pumping harder. Kick boxing or some kind of dance is fun and entertaining and has great cardio benefits. You could also try hiking. It will not only be working your heart, but also improve the strength in a number of groups of muscles.

While the methods given above might provide excellent benefits, any type of workout that gets your arms as well as your legs moving regularly and raises your heartbeat rate counts as cardiovascular exercise. Doing housework rapidly, pushing a stroller to get a fast paced walk, or doing laps in the pool, all have positive effects.
While doing these exercises, if you feel some pain or pressure in your chest, have trouble breathing, break out in a cold sweat, notice an uneven or fast heart rate, or feel dizzy, tired or lightheaded, stop immediately. Get yourself checked by a doctor.
