What's The Right Time To Eat Fruits?
Fruits play a very important role in the maintenance of good health. Also, they contain natural sugar and are much better than artificial sugars that we consume through processed foods. So, fruits are the best snacks.

Most of us know that it is healthy to eat fruits but when is the right time to eat fruits? Can you eat fruits any time? Frankly speaking, your body will be able to absorb the nutrients in fruits better only if you consume them on specific times.

So, when to eat fruits? What would be the best time during the day? Read on to know about such tips.

Tip #1
Morning is the best time to eat fruits. Drink a glass of water in the morning and eat fruits. Eating fruits after a meal may not provide you the maximum benefits.

Tip #2
When you eat fruits in the morning, they detoxify your system well. Eating them on empty stomach is a good thing.

Tip #3
The second best time is in the afternoon. If you are not able to eat fruits in the morning, try to eat them in the afternoon.

Tip #4
It is better to maintain a gap of 30 minutes between your fruit intake and your meals. Only then your body can absorb the nutrients in the fruit well. Eat fruits an hour before your afternoon meal.

Tip #5
Pineapples, pomegranates, berries and watermelons can also be mixed with yoghurt or milk.

Tip #6
Both fruits and vegetables should be washed carefully before consuming them to get rid of germs. Place them under the tap and gently rub the surface. Dry them after the wash.

Tip #7
Eat fruits 30 minutes before your workout as this will energise you and hydrate you.
