Clogged arteries are dangerous to your heart. Many people die every year due to clogged arteries. Both heart attacks and strokes are life threatening conditions.

On the other side, we still eat processed foods, fatty foods and accumulate lots of fat. The first step to heart heath is clearing your arteries. The plaque should be removed. When you do that, your risk of heart issues will decrease significantly.
Though there are medicines to do that, trying a simple home remedy could be safer. Here is one such remedy.
Get a couple of celery stalks, a tomato, a piece of ginger, pepper and 3 teaspoons of lemon juice. Blend them finely into juice. Drink 2 cups of this juice a day, but don't over do it.

Vitamin C, B12 and B6 are said to be good for your heart health. They prevent clots. Eat fruits, nuts and vegetables that contain these vitamins.

Sleep well and ensure that you never miss the quality of sleep. Lack of sleep affects your health in a number of ways.

Stay away from processed fats. They cause bad cholesterol, inflammation, weight gain and toxic accumulation.

Step #4
Do simple exercises that keep your heart healthy. Consult your doctor before choosing a workout routine.

Eat leafy greens regularly. Increase your fibre intake and also consume foods with antioxidants.

Step #6
Meditate before sleep. This will remove stress from your system before your body slips into relaxation.

Step #7
Never smoke as all the chemicals in tobacco destroy your blood and arteries. Also, smoking fluctuates your BP and troubles your arteries.

Step #8
Consume fish oil as it contains omega 3 fatty acids. Also, use flaxseed oil, olive oil, almond oil and avocado oil.
