If you are suffering from inflammatory issues, you can try this smoothie to curb the pain and swelling. Your body needs some antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds from food.
Firstly, in order to minimise inflammation, it is better to avoid processed foods, corn syrup, refined sugars and grains, alcohol, preservatives, vegetable oils and foods that contain artificial ingredients.

Now, consume this smoothie. Add a cup of coconut water, a tablespoon of chia seeds (soaked), a teaspoon of ginger, a pinch of cinnamon powder, a pinch of turmeric powder, a cup of spinach, 2 bananas (chopped) and a few cherries to a blender and blend the mixture well. Consume this mixture 5 times a week.
