These 8 Alkaline Foods Prevent Diseases!
When your system is acidic, the chances of diseases will increase. If the the pH level of your body is below 7 then it is considered to be acidic. When it is above 7, it is said to be alkaline.

Garlic
Garlic is a good neutralising agent. Include it in your duet to bring down the acidic load of your body.
Watermelon
The pH of watermelon is 9.0. Also, it contains lots of water, minerals and vitamins.
