Each and every one of us has felt some kind of pain at one point of time or another. Most of us suffer from some kind of pain or another and would do our best to get rid of it. When you go through a number of tests and your doctor is not able to find the cause of your pain, it does not mean that it is only your imagination. Sometimes it is not possible to find the cause of the pain. When you suffer from chronic fatigue syndrome or fibromyalgia, you suffer from consistent pain but fail to realize the cause.

When you suffer from minor pain now and then, the tendency is to go for pain killers. Once you get relief, you forget about it. However, these types of pain should not be ignored. If the pain lasts for more than a week, see the doctor immediately. It could be a sign of something that is really affecting your body in a negative way.
