Have Healthy Small, Frequent Meals:

Eat Pulses, Curd And Cottage Cheese (Paneer) Regularly

Normally, a woman needs 15-18 g of iron daily, so as to prevent conditions like anaemia, fatigue, weakness, etc. Iron supplements should be taken only after consultation with a physician.
