During Pregnancy
During pregnancy, you are prone to hormonal hyperactivity. This is one of the reasons for fainting. Pregnancy is also a time for very high metabolism. So if you do not eat enough for two, you can have a fall in blood pressure that causes you to lose consciousness.
Problem Of Blood Circulation
Sometimes, if you are having a problem of blood circulation, the blood starts pooling in your legs. As a result, the blood supply to the brain is cut off and you faint. This could also mean that you have a blockage in your blood vessels.
Psychogenic Attack
The racing hormones of your teens can make you have psychogenic attacks of fainting. This is usually precipitated by stress, anxiety and depression.
Heart Attack
Sometimes, you can pass out just when you are having a heart attack. It can also happen that your heart stops working for a few seconds during this time.
Anemia
When you have less red blood cells in your body to carry oxygen to the brain, you can pass out due to weakness. This happens due to iron deficiency and is common among women.
