Drinks Fluids

Eat At Regular Intervals
When you munch all the time, then your body has a regular schedule for producing enzymes and digesting food. But irregular eating habits confuse the body and slow down metabolism.

Sleep Well
Metabolism is also a system and it need rest. So you need at least 6 to 8 hours of sleep to have a healthy rate of metabolism.
