That slight ache in your neck or the cramping muscle pains has become a part of our modern lifestyles. It is very hard to be at a desk job for 10 hours in a day and escape without any body pain. Most people have this misconception that natural pain killers are not effective. Or at least that these pain relievers do not give you fast results. Actually, you couldn't be far from the truth. Natural pain killers are more than enough to deal with day to day aches and pains.
All you have to do is know what type of natural painkiller to take for which kind of pain. If you choose the right pain reliever, then your pain will be soothed effectively. There are different kinds of natural pain relievers that work on different parts of your body. For example, cloves work on tooth ache and a warm bath relaxes muscle cramps.
So here are some natural pain killers that you can have for different kinds of body pains.
Honey: Throat Pain
Honey is very good for curing cold sores and other cold related pains. If you have throat ache due to a cold infection, raw honey will work like magic.
Coffee: Migraine Headaches
Caffeine is not bad for your health provided it is taken in limited amounts. And lets face it, it is better to have a steaming cup of coffee to cure headaches instead of popping pills.
Garlic Oil: Ear Pain
If there is phlegm accumulated in your ears then you can have some nasty spells of ear pain. Add crushed garlic to heated mustard oil. Now pour a few drops of this concoction into your ears for instant pain relief.
Cloves: Toothache
Chewing cloves have a numbing effect on your toothache. So keep a few cloves in between your teeth so that you can get over toothache easily.
Warm Bath: Muscle Cramps

Scientific research has proved that having grapes increases blood circulation to the lower back. So if you are prone to chronic lower back pain, settle down with a bowl of grapes and keep popping.
