Fruit Juices And Their Health Benefits
Going by the fact that fruits are beneficial for our overall health. It is also true that fruit juices are equally healthier. Although it is recommended that fruits when eaten whole is more nutritious, it does not mean that the fruit juices are less nutritious. However it is a matter of fact that when high amount of sugar and water is added for the preparation of the juice it might lose some of its nutrients.
At the same time it is determined that a glass of juice is beneficial and more healthier than a sugar-laden soda or packaged fruit drinks. Apart from that drinking fruit juice prepared at home not only gives a kind of taste that we want it to be but also are easy to prepare. Drinking fruit juices not only provides nutritions but also fulfills a well balanced diet. Fruit juices are not just known for their benefits on health but also are tastier.
Here are some of the healthy fruit juices:

Apple Juice
Rich in Vitamins A, B and C. They are also rich in minerals like calcium, magnesium, phosphorous and potassium. Apple juice helps in curing arthritic and rheumatic conditions, as well as calming, soothing and cleansing the digestive system. It is also effective at treating constipation and diarrhoea and is known to tone up the liver.

Apricot Juice
They contain high amount of Vitamins: A, B, C and K. The high levels of vitamin A found in this fruit are said to slow down ageing and age-related illnesses. They are also good for strengthening bones and giving vitality to hair and skin.It is rich in iron and is good for treating anemia and menopausal problem.

Blackberry Juice
Due to the vitamin C and E content, which are powerful antioxidants, blackberries are effective in fighting free radicals, which are molecules that destroy cells and tissues in the body and are linked to cancer and heart disease. It also helps in controlling diabetics. They cleanse the blood and are often used to treat sore throats and diarrhea. It makes the bones strong as it contains calcium.

Grape Juice
Apart from the vitamins it has minerals including calcium, copper, iodine, iron, phosphorous and potassium. It has also been said to help other ailments such as constipation, heart disease, fluid retention, gout, arthritis, tuberculosis, liver problems, haemorrhoids and various allergies.

Kiwi Fruit Juice
Rich in Vitamin C and iron. It has loads of fibre that is essential for digestion and constipation. It is also said to help flush cholesterol from the blood.

Lemon Juice
Contains high quality of Vitamins: B, C and P. It cleanses the blood vessels and the whole body internally. Lemon juice eliminates toxins and is good for the skin. It is also a well-known cold preventative. It may be useful in rheumatic and arthritic conditions.

Orange Juice
Considered as immune booster. Orange juice contains vitamin B, C and P including good amount of minerals, calcium, magnesium, phosphorous and potassium. It is also a good cleanser of the internal system and calms the nervous system, making it effective in treating nervousness, anxiety and insomnia.

Peach Juice
Contains vitamins such as A, B and C and other components such as calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, sulphur and zinc. Drinking peach juice helps with constipation, indigestion and digestive problems caused by anxiety and stress.

Pear Juice
This fruit juice contains sufficient amount of vitamins and minerals. Its benefits include treatment for arthritis, rheumatism and gout. It clams the nervous system, lowers high blood pressure, treats bladder problems such as cystitis and may help with prostate problems and asthma.

Pineapple Juice
Rich in vitamins B and C. Pineapple juice is a very effective digestive and also may help with blood disorders, sore throats and cold symptoms. It is also well known for its anti-inflammatory properties.

Cranberry juice
Rich in vitamin c, k and e. It is the best home remedy for people suffering from urinary tract infections, cranberry juice now appears to be most helpful before the UTI even develops.

Papaya juice
Rich source in phyto nutritions, vitamins and minerals. Papaya juice helps to have normal bowel movements and also helps in reducing cholesterol level.
