Best Anti-Aging Foods For Glowing Skin
Aging cannot be prevented, but you can definitely age gracefully. In this world where everyone is into looks, it is important to slow down the process of aging. Aging of a person depends on a lot of factors such as genetic, lifestyles, food habits and the environment that we live in.
There are many products in the market to decelerate the process of aging. But, most of these products have a lot of chemicals and they are not good for the skin. It may have a lot of hidden side effects too.
The best way to slow down the aging process is to basically change your whole lifestyle. This will include eating habits and exercise routine. Your eating habit is the most important. This needs to be started young before the skin realises that it is going to age.
There are many foods to improve the skin tone. Taking good care of the skin is very important; food habit is not the only thing, this can be done by doing regular exercise as well.

Berries
Berries act as anti-oxidants. These are used to keep skin healthy. The darker coloured berries prove to have much better effects as anti-aging foods. These berries are rich in Vitamin C, which is good for the skin.

Dark Chocolate
Eating this on a regular basis can help increase blood flow to the skin, which in turn will not age quicker. This also helps to retain the moisture in the skin. This also has high anti-oxidants in them. This can be used as an anti-aging food.

Vegetables
Vegetables act as anti-oxidants, which in turn slow down the process of aging. There are green leafy vegetables like spinach which are found to have a lot of antioxidants. Vegetable can be eaten raw or cooked depending on their nutritional value.

Red Wine
It is said that a glass of red wine every day is good for your heart. This is also a good anti-aging food as it has anti-aging components called resveratrol. This particular component will help in preventing blood clots and reduce the risk of cancer.

Avocados
Along with vitamin E, potassium and mono saturated fats, there is a large amount of antioxidants in this anti-aging food. Avocados are known to improve to skin health. Therefore, it gives a person a younger looking and healthy skin. This tops the list of anti-aging foods.

Beans
This is a vegetable that most people avoid eating; this is rich in antioxidants along with other vitamins and minerals. It is usually referred to as a super food, which helps fight diseases and sickness. This in turn will help your skin look young and healthy.
