15 Minutes Spicy Curd Rice Recipe
Tomato bath is a very easy recipe and this special corn tomato bath is not less. You can make this recipe in just a few minutes.
Read on to know the recipe of corn tomato bath.

Preparation Time 15 mins
Cooking Time 20 mins
All you need
- White Rice - 400 gms
- Sweet Corn - 1 cup
- Tomato puree- 1 cup
- Onion - 1
- Green Chilli - 2
- Garlic - 6 pods (chopped)
- Coriander - few strands
- Garam Masala - ½ tsp
- Turmeric - 1/4th tsp
- Mustard seeds - ½ tsp
- Channa Dal - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 10 nos
- Sallt To Taste
15 Minute Tomato Rice With Peas Recipe
Procedure
- Add oil in a cooking pan, heat it. Add mustard seeds, channa dal, onion and crushed garlic pods in the hot oil.
- Stir well and add curry leaves and green chillies.
- Once the onion is golden add the tomato puree to it. Cook it for 2 mins.
- Add salt, garam masala, turmeric and sweet corn to the tomato puree and cook on medium flame for over 5 mins.
- Add the cooked rice to the gravy and mix well. Note that the rice should be half cooked or else it tends to become soft and soggy.
- Mix the rice evenly in the pan and cook it on low flame for over 2-3 mins.
- Your corn tomato rice recipe is ready!
- Serve hot with chopped coriander and a slice of onion.
