Cheese Filled Egg Poach In 5 Minutes
Making egg poach is not easy! While this breakfast recipe is made in minutes, you have to make it in the right way or else you would end up spoiling the effort. This easy egg recipe is very useful for office goers. You can actually poach eggs in 5 minutes but you need to know the right way to cook it. Poached eggs are cooked in water instead of oil and that makes your breakfast really healthy.
The right temperature is essential for making this breakfast recipe. This easy egg recipe requires you to cook the eggs with water and minimum spices, but you add some frills. Cheese and sausages are the best accompaniments for egg poach.
Ingredients For Egg Poach:
Eggs 2
Water 1½ cups
Vinegar 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Pepper as per taste
Cheese 2 tbsp (grated)
Mint leaves 1 tsp (chopped)
Procedure For Making Egg Poach:
Heat water in a flat pan and add vinegar to it. This helps the egg yolk coagulate easily.
When the water starts boiling, it signifies that the temperature is appropriate to poach the eggs.
On low flame, break the eggs directly into the pan and let the eggs cook for 2 minutes.
Remove the poach carefully onto a paper napkin to soak extra water.
Now spread grated cheese over the poach evenly. Microwave it for 30 seconds to melt the cheese.
Sprinkle salt, pepper and mint leaves on the top.
Your cheese filled egg poach is ready to eat. Serve it hot with bread or cold cuts.
