It happened in a famous girls' college hostel of Bangalore and the creep can be seen roaming naked in the video!
It Is Not The First Time!
According to the girls, the creep arrives naked with the mission to steal women's inner-wear that are kept for drying. It has been happening since the past few years and has been reported recently.
He Loves Wearing The Bras!
To add on to the creepiness, this unknown man can be seen wearing bras of girls and guess he is too busy to try on the panties as well! The culprit is yet to be traced, as he visits, flashes again and disappears!
