Rafael Trujillo, The Dominican Republic Dictator

He was known to have sex with whichever woman he desired even if she was married. He was a ruler for more than 30 years. If people opposed to his desires, they would be beaten up and even killed!

This dictator was famous for taking bath in Dolphin blood! He did this to keep himself young and strong. Apart from this bizarre habit, he was quite superstitious.

Kim Il-Sung, The Former Prime Minister Of North Korea

He apparently used to take blood transfusions from people of both sexes in their 20s to look young! He also made a person write a song on him, which he played in Korean space stations, so that the aliens would know about his existence!

He apparently sent a copy of his book to space for the aliens to read. The book was called 'Ruhnama,' which every student in the country was forced to study. It was a complete religious propaganda and he was so obsessed with the book that he sent it to space for the ‘aliens' to read it!!

He was obsessed with the ex US Secretary of State, "Condoleezza Rice", whom he would call ‘my darling Black woman'. In an interview, he confessed his love for her as well. He stated, "Leezza, Leezza, Leezza ... I love her very much. I admire her, and I'm proud of her, because she's a black woman of African origin"!

He was used to wearing new suits and shoes every single day! The weird habit was to burn the old ones! According to reports, he felt that he would get killed via osmosis, a process through which poison is inserted into the membrane via fabric of one's clothes. Hence, he used to order his staff to keep a supply of new suits and shoes throughout the year for him!
