9. Cranberry Juice:
Cranberry juice can worsen the symptoms of urinary problems due to its acidic pH value. This is not a good choice for those who have an irritable bladder.

Certain kinds of heart medications, blood pressure-lowering drugs, muscle relaxants, sedatives, etc., can make your urinary incontinence condition worse.
