Ingredients

Water (500ml), aloe vera juice (3 tablespoons), lemon juice (1 tablespoon), ginger powder (1 tablespoon) and honey (1 tablespoon).

Step #1

First, add the aloe vera juice to 500 ml of water.

Step #2

Add lemon juice and then ginger powder to it and keep mixing it well. Then add honey and stir well.

When To Consume

Drink it in the morning, on empty stomach. Consume it for 15 days and check your weight to see if there is any improvement.

Additional Tip

Drink lots of water throughout the day. Also, stay away from processed food for 15 days.
