With too much activity packed into our everyday schedules, we have forgotten to eat well and eat at the right time.

In order to live a healthy life, the first thing we need to do is eat well and also eat at proper intervals at the right time. Erratic eating habits take a toll on our health and we become the victim of various diseases.
