Maintain the right temperature in your sleeping space. Too warm or too cold surroundings may make it tough to fall asleep.
Quit Smoking
If you love to fall asleep on time, either quit smoking or avoid smoking after evening. Nicotine is a stimulant which affects your ability to fall asleep.
Avoid Bluelight
Avoid blue light from your gadgets or devices or even appliances. It impacts the sleep hormones in your body. Stay away from gadgets and television.
Avoid Liquor
Though alcohol seems to make you fall asleep, it robs theteh quality of sleep and makes you wake up tired. In the long run, it hampers your sleep quality and immunity. Therefore, stay away from it.
Avoid Spicy Foods
It is better to avoid eating spicy meals just before sleep especially if you are suffering from insomnia.
