When their alarm goes off, they get up, go to the bath room, and brush their teeth. But brushing in the morning is not enough. Make sure to brush your teeth before going to bed. The next hygienic habit is to take bath daily. Well, in a country like ours, with the type of climate that we have and the amount of pollution, dirt and grime that we have to battle everyday, it is best to take bath everyday. It not only cleans your body, it also helps in washing away all the stress and strain.

The next thing to do is to use a deodorant on a daily basis. Given the type of climate that we have, we end up perspiring a lot. So it is always hygienic to use a deodorant. Grooming your hair properly is also very important. Go for regular haircuts.

Trim your nails on a regular basis. Long unclean nails are the breeding grounds for bacteria. Always make sure to cover your mouth while coughing or sneezing.
