Soda is not only bad for the heart and causes diabetes, it also ends up hurting your joints all the more.
This is because soda contains a large amount of sugar that causes inflammation in the joints. When you consume large amounts of sugar, your body releases cytokines, which causes inflammation. Regular consumption of soda can lead to the development of arthritis.

Tomatoes are great as a vegetable and people are asked to consume tomatoes on a daily basis because it contains a lot of vitamins. However, research has proved that people who suffer from arthritis, especially gout can end up with more pain in the joints if they consume tomatoes.

This is because people who consume tomatoes are said to develop uric acid in their blood. This uric acid causes inflammation and in turn people with joint pain suffer from a lot of pain.
Excess amounts of omega-6 fatty acids are bad for people who suffer from joint pain. Omega-6 fatty acids have been found to cause asthma, heart diseases and inflammation. These are found in egg yolks, margarine, meat, fried foods and cottonseed, corn, soybean, safflower and sunflower oils.
