3. Turmeric:
The curcumin contained in turmeric is rich in antioxidants. It acts as a natural immunity booster. Turmeric can be added to curries or also one can add half a teaspoon of turmeric in a glass of warm milk, stir it well and have it before going to bed.
4. Nuts:
Having a bit of healthy fat is also essential as this helps in maintaining the immunity level and prevents one from contracting any kind of infection. Eating various kinds of nuts that contain healthy fat helps in boosting the immunity level.
5. Yogurt:
Yogurt contains good bacteria and is one of the best probiotics that help in building up the immunity level. Having a small bowl of yogurt everyday helps.
6. Green Tea:
Green tea contains important antioxidants that help in boosting the immunity level and prevent one from falling sick and catching infection quite often. Drink green tea atleast twice a day; it helps.
7. Honey:
Honey is known for its antibacterial and anti-microbial properties. Having a teaspoon of honey before going to bed helps in lifting up the immunity level.
