Heavy boozing can end up damaging the liver. Eggs contain a substance called taurine which reverses the damage caused to the liver after a night of heavy drinking. So go for eggs to stay healthy after a hangover.

Go for multivitamin pills and vitamin B12 and folate. Drinking can lead to the deficiency of these in the body. Also, due to dehydration, we lose electrolytes from our body as well. Hence, eat potassium-rich foods like spinach and banana.

You can also try breathing exercises, meditation and yoga. These will increase the flow of oxygen to your body and your head in particular, and you will feel better. Go outdoors and get some oxygen. Go for a walk or a run. Exercise helps in the release of happy hormones that help to release the stress that you suffer from after a hangover.
