We all love to eat junk food, isn't it? And just like that, we hate to have vegetables that are our real friends, the prime reason being their 'boring' taste.

The same applies to adults as well as children, the latter even find it more difficult to convince themselves of consuming vegetables.

But how to go about this problem then? How to make ourselves and our kids eat vegetables?

There are actually ways to make our way of seeing at 'dull and drab' vegetables different and include them in our diet willingly and not just because our parents or the doctors force us to.

Cook vegetables like non-vegetable items through experimenting with different ingredients. Even steamed vegetables can be attractive to eat if taken with the right sauce.
