Water Rich Foods To Include In Diet
It is always recommended that we drink lots of water to stay hydrated and healthy. Drinking lots of water not only keeps you hydrated but also helps cleanse the system. Water flushes out toxins from the body and cleanses it properly. Water helps regulate body's metabolism and balances body temperature.
Dehydration can lead to many health problems like constipation, improper bowel movements, piles, kidney stones etc. There are few foods that can lead to dehydration. However, including some water-rich foods can keep you hydrated and also help you overcome health problems.
There are many water-rich fruits and vegetables that are not only rich in water content but are also packed with vitamins and proteins. Water-rich foods like watermelon, cucumber, radishes, tomatoes, carrots etc can be included in your diet. Check out the list of water-rich foods that are healthy and nutritious.

Tomatoes
Rich in Vitamin C, potassium and lycopine, tomatoes consist around 90% water. Tomatoes also aid weight loss so, you can have the antioxidant rich juicy tomatoes raw.

Carrots
Carrots are packed with antioxidants, vitamins and proteins that are not only good for your health but also for the skin and hair. Having a glass of carrot juice helps get rid of dehydration and skin problems naturally.

Radish
Having radish in your diet helps retain water in the body. Radish is easy to digest so it helps get rid of digestive problems. Moreover, radish is filling and controls hunger thus aids weight loss.

Cucumber
Also known as Cucumis sativus, cucumber is another water-rich food that can help get rid of dehydration and constipation.

Peaches
This water-rich fruit is nutritious and loaded with Vitamin A, C and beta-carotene. The antioxidants in peaches removes free radicals from the body that can be harmful for your health.

Oranges
The citrus fruit is also rich in water. You can have orange juice or add few slices of oranges in your diet to stay hydrated and healthy.

Pineapple
The water-soluble antioxidants and fiber in this water-rich fruit makes it a must-have! Pregnant women should be careful as pineapple can lead to miscarriage or early labour.

Watermelon

Strawberries
