There is something really aesthetic about breaking a boiled egg out of the shell and having it warm. Apart from the aesthetics, it is also a very healthy breakfast idea. Boil the eggs for the duration of one whistle in the pressure cooker; it should take about 3-4 minutes. Your eggs will be ready to eat. Boiling solidifies the yolk and denatures some of the proteins. So do not overcook your eggs.
