Wine: It is considered as one of the healthiest alcoholic drinks. Red wine especially is one of the beverage with several health benefits. It is a natural cure for heart patients. A glass of wine everyday can reduce the chances of heart strokes and other diseases. Red wine is made of grapes and consists of natural antioxidants like HDL (good Cholesterol) which reduce the mortality rate and stress. Organic wine is best for a healthy heart and body.
Vodka: Television star Snooki lost pounds by just having vodka. Vodka is a healthy alcoholic drink for dieters who wish to burn those extra body fat with an alcoholic beverage. Vodka has vitamins and minerals such as Vitamin B phosphorus, potassium and sodium. Vodka helps lose weight because it is low in calories, mortality and increases cardiovascular health. However, too much consumption of vodka can be unhealthy.
Bloody Mary: This alcoholic drink is made with tomato juice and moderate consumption of this beverage can be healthy for the body. A glass of bloody mary controls hunger and keeps the heart healthy.
