Natural Acids For Flawless Summer Skin

Natural Acid Types -
Amino Acids – they belong to the amine group (carboxylic acid group) and are a source of energy to the body. These protein acids are collagen rich acids that help in building and repairing cells and tissues. The are used in many shampoos and conditioners for their moisturizing properties.
Ascorbic Acid – also called sugar acid is antioxidant rich and is a form of Vitamin C. The water soluble acids help in the formation of collagen, build cell walls, elasticity and strength. According to a dietary reference, 90 milligrams of ascorbic acid is needed for good health.
Glycolic Acid – or Hydroxyacetic acid are highly soluble acids found in sugar crops. These acids help in reducing aging of the skin, scars and hyper pigmentation. Also help in exfoliation and are used in may skin products. A treatment called chemical peel is done using these acids.
Lactic Acid – also called milk acid is a hydroxy carboxylic acid found in milk products and plays an important role in many biochemical processes. The acid helps in the removal of dead skin cells, cell exfoliation and also brightens skin. For youthful skin glow, we suggest you apply and consume milk products as part of the routine diet.
Salicylic Acid – a monohydroxybenzoic acid is used in various skin treatments and also reduces aches, pains and fever. An anti inflammatory drug is used to treat dandruff, acne, psoriasis, corns, warts etc.
These natural acids types are essential for a healthy metabolism and are easily available in different forms of food supplements. Use these natural acids to stay healthy rather than preferring those expensive skin care and pain relieving products which in a way sell the same acids at a price.
