So, here is a simple home remedy that can reduce muscle soreness after working out.
Ingredients Required:
- Flaxseeds - 2 tablespoons
- Honey - 1 tablespoon

This home remedy to reduce muscle soreness after a workout session works exceptionally well, when used on a regular basis.
Along with taking this remedy, one must also consume foods rich in protein and calcium to keep the muscles strong and healthy.
Flaxseed is rich in protein, vitamin E and omega-3 fatty acids, which can aid quick muscle recovery after a workout, thus reducing soreness and stiffness.
Honey is rich in antioxidants which improve the blood flow to the muscles and reduce inflammation in order to reduce soreness.
Method Of Preparation:
- Add the suggested amounts of ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix well to form a paste.
- Consume this mixture, every day, after workout, for at least a month.
