Is Quinoa Nutritious?
Though most of us know about quinoa, we know very less about its health benefits and that is the reason why we still eat other grains like rice and wheat more than quinoa.

A single cup of quinoa contains fibre, protein, folate, potassium, zinc, iron, copper, phosphorous, folate, magnesium, calcium, vitamin B, vitamin E and manganese. So, it is very nutritious. Now, let us know about its benefits.
