Superfoods You Must Eat Every Day
A healthy diet consists of foods and fluids that are nutritious, filling and good for the body. If you are on a diet, you would have low cal foods to stay in shape. We don't feel like eating the same food every day but, there are few nutritious foods that you must have regularly.
These are actually superfoods that you must have every day as they are filled with nutrients, proteins, and minerals. This list of superfoods fight diseases, filled with anti-oxidants, have anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that are healthy for the body. Take a look at superfoods you must have every day.
Every day superfoods to include in your diet:

Spinach
This green vegetable is a superfood that has many health and nutritional benefits. Have steamed, boiled or semi-cooked spinach in your diet.

Berries
Berries are detoxifiers and has anti-oxidants that protects the body against cancer and other harmful diseases.

Lemon
You must have at least one glass of lemon juice every day in your diet. Lemon is a detoxifying agent which cleanses the system, flushes out toxins and helps lose weight.

Garlic
Garlic is not just good for heart patients, but has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties and anti-oxidants like sulphur which is good for the skin.

Olive oil:
It is one of the healthiest oil that can be used for cooking. Olive oil is known for lowering bad cholesterol levels.

Citrus fruits
Citrus fruits are fat-burners. So, if you are on a diet, you must have citrus fruits like oranges, grape fruit, lime etc. in your diet.

Apples
An apple a day keeps the doctor away! So, have it every day to stay fit and healthy.

Yogurt
Dairy products like yogurt is very rich in calcium and has probiotics that decreases the growth of harmful bacteria in the body. For strong bones and healthy body, have yogurt every day.

Oats
It has beta-glucan that lowers bad cholesterol. Oats also lowers blood pressure. Even dieters have oats as it is rich in fiber, thus easy to digest.

Beans
These superfoods has bad cholesterol lowering properties and are rich in soluble fiber. Apart from being heart healthy, beans are also good for people with digestive problems.

Green tea
Tea has anti-oxidants that cleanses the body. However, prefer herbal tea that is low in sugar to stay healthy and avoid dehydration.
