Recipe To Prepare The Remedy
Ingredients Required :
- Lemon - 3-4
- Surgical Bandage - 1 roll
This home remedy to reduce joint pain can work effectively, when used on a regular basis.
In addition to taking this remedy, one must also get massages done and practice exercise for the joints, prescribed by the doctor.
Lemon is rich in vitamin C, which can seep into your skin through the pores, when applied on the problem area.
Vitamin C has anti-inflammatory properties that can reduce the swelling and inflammation in the joints, thus easing away joint pain.
The bioflavoniods present in the lemon peels can also help soothe the inflammation in your joints.

Method Of Preparation :
- Peel off 2-3 lemons.
- Now, collect the peels and put them in an air-tight jar along with some coconut oil.
- Keep the jar closed for 2 days.
- After 2 days, collect the lemon peels inside the jar.
- Secure them in the surgical bandage and tie the bandage to your joints.
- Keep the bandage on overnight.
- Continue the process, every night, for 2 months.
