Your Breakfast Is Too Light
One of the main reasons you are not losing weight is that your breakfast is either too light or you are skipping it. Skipping breakfast, as is already known, slows down the body's metabolism rate and makes your battle towards weight loss uncertain.

White Carbs, Especially At Night
Too much white carbs in your diet can also be a reason. Consuming rice, especially at night, can be a cause for worry in your efforts. Carbs are often stored as fat in the body and should be avoided as much as possible in your quest for weight loss.

Sleep Irregularities
Sleep irregularities are another reason why you might not be getting results you wish to see. Oversleeping or under sleeping, both are equally responsible for evasive results in the context of weight loss.

Overeating Just Because You Are exercising
This is one of the biggest mistake most people make. Overeating just because you are exercising will not serve any purpose whatsoever. In fact, it slows down your body's ability to burn fat in undesirable areas. Remember to consume lesser calories than you burn.

Eating Too Little (As in number of times a day)
eat at least three times a day and make sure you do not drastically cut down on the number of times you eat. A drastic slash in the number of meals will slow down your body's metabolism, causing weight loss results to not manifest as desired by you.
