Crash Diet Makes You Age Faster
1. Temporary Weight Loss- You might feel happy that crash diets are really working. But these results are temporary. After some time you tend to put on more weight than before. This is because of your metabolism does not get enough calories to burn. So it adjusts itself by burning lesser calories. Then it becomes very difficult to come back to your normal shape. This shows that such diets are temporary highs.
2. Effects On Your Skin- These diets can cause you to age fast. You tend to age quickly and you will notice signs of wrinkles, sagging skin and fine lines. This is because of your extreme diet, you tend to curb all your desires. Your body does not get the necessary nutrients. By not eating you loose out on all the essential minerals and proteins and that clearly shows on your skin. So eating the right kind of food will lead to aging well in time.
3. Muscle And Tissue Loss- Crash diets allows fats to get stored and muscles are burned instead. This causes a great deal of muscle and tissues loss. This in turn weakens your muscles and you loose energy to carry on with your daily activities. This too makes you age fast as your bones weakens and you lack stamina.
4. Malnutrition- Crash diets causes malnutrition. The body is deprived of nutrients, carbohydrates, calcium, proteins. This in turn leads to weakening of your immune system. Which causes problems like gallstones, hair loss and high cholesterol. This in turn leads to a weak but lean body. You age faster than you actually would. This is because your skin, body and hair suffers from crash diet. Diet that works comprises of food filled with carbs, nutrients and equal amount of fats. This helps you loose weight in a healthy way. Healthy diet can lead to aging well.
