7 Steps To Build Beefed Up Arms

You have to understand few points in order to build arms that will give the much needed 'V'-shape to your body.
7 Steps To Build Bigger Arms:
1. Use your arms, that is what they are for. Your arms won't evaporate if you lift heavy shopping bags or other objects. The Greeks and Romans used to throw shovels (weighing several pounds) with their arms. They didn't have beefed up arms just by typing on their keyboards like we do.
2. You have the muscles too. Often you will hear people remark, 'look at his biceps' or 'what triceps he has'. The deal is you have them too. Biceps and triceps are not some rare muscles gifted only to body-builders. We all have them. You just need to exercise your arms to shape them.
3. Do some heavy work. Treating yourself like a menial labour helps build muscle mass on your arms. If you have the option of cutting wood, shoveling earth or just digging your garden, then your muscles will grow really fast and in shape.
4. Eat Proteins. It is obvious that you need to eat proteins to build muscle mass. If you are on a diet to lose tummy fat then it will be very difficult for you to build up your arms. This is because a substantial amount of weight gain is required for your muscles to protrude.
5. Rest your muscles. Muscle mass is not built in the gym but, it grows while you are asleep. So, do not cheat on your sleep. Give your muscles the time to bulge out.
6. Know Your muscles. Not all your muscles will grow at the same pace because they are structurally different. Your arm muscles are small when compared to other muscles. So, do not put undue pressure on them. You can do weight lifting exercises for about 4 to 5 days in a week if you are a pro. For beginners, it would be 3 days at the most.
7. Do not forget your other body parts. Just because you are working on your arms, you cannot stop working out on the rest of your body. Would you like to have big arms and puny legs? It makes a person look ridiculous to have beefed up arms on a body that doesn't support it.
Try these tricks to build arms that are proportionately beefed up.
