Chocolate Banana Pancakes For Breakfast

Therefore, this morning, to feel energetic and full of life, you need to try out this yummy breakfast recipe, chocolate banana pancake. If you have a sweet tooth, you will surely enjoy this recipe to the fullest.
When you consume any dish which has chocolate in it, your energy levels increase by 70 percent in a span of an hour. Chocolate is also an excellent source of iron and magnesium which makes you feel active right through the day. Along with chocolate banana pancake, have a cup of warm milk to complete your breakfast sweet treat.

Lets see how to make this chocolate banana pancake for breakfast:
Serves - 3
Preparation Time - 30 minutes
Cooking Time - 40 minutes
Ingredients
- All purpose flour - 1 cup
- Baking powder - ½ tbsp
- White Sugar - 3 tbsp
- Salt - ½ tbsp
- Buttermilk - 2 cups
- Banana - 2 nos (chopped)
- Egg - 1 nos
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Water - 2 cups
Procedure
- In a clean dry bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, white sugar, buttermilk, egg and the salt.
- To the mixture, add in a cup of water to make a not so thick batter.
- When the batter is done, on a medium flame, heat a tava.
- Pour a little water on the tava to test if it is hot to start frying the pancakes.
- Pour a little batter in the middle of the tava and in a circular motion make a pancake.
- Let it cook for about 5 seconds and flip it on the other side
- Your pancake is completely cooked when its turns a golden brown in colour.
- Remove the chocolate pancake from the tava and place it on a clean dry plate.
- Add the chopped bananas to the hot pancakes.
- You can garnish the chocolate banana pancake with a drop of maple syrup to enhance the taste.
