For every occasion we Indians must start the day with a ladoo. Indian sweets make any festival complete and for the harvest festival of Rongoli Bihu, ladoos is a must have.
For this festival, till ladoo and coconut ladoo is made by every Assamese household. These two famous ladoo recipes are also easy to prepare.
15 LADOO RECIPES TO PREPARE FOR FESTIVALS
The best thing about these sweet treats is you must prepare it one day in advance so that the contents are soaked well and enjoyed the next day on the festival. Rongali Bihu is also about fruity sweets, where one such is made out of musk melon, known as Melon Beej (seeds).
This Rongali Bihu melon beej is made by drying the melon seeds and frying it in ghee the next day, until golden brown in colour. It is then coated with sugar and made it into flat pieces.
