Aloo Keema Recipe

Today, we are here to present a delicious recipe of aloo keema. This keema recipe can be made using any of the meats and a good amount of potatoes in it.
This aloo keema recipe is very easy to make and is best enjoyed as a side dish or as sabzi along with some roti.

Cooking time 30 mins
All You Need
- Onions - 2
- Keema - 500 gms (chicken/mutton/beef)
- Potatoes - 300 gms
- Ginger paste - 1 tsp
- Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
- Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
- Yoghurt - 2 tsp
- Tomatoes - 1 cup (diced)
- Garam Masala - 1 tsp
- Green Chillies - 1
- Coriander Leaves - Few Strands (chopped)
- Salt To Taste
Mutton Kheema Cutlets Fried With Eggs
Procedure
- Add onions in a hot pan containing oil. Fry it until it turns light golden brown.
- Add meat to the pan. Fry it for 2 mins.
- Add ginger garlic paste and cook over medium flame for5 mins.
- Add salt and the remaining spices to the pan. Stir it constantly untill all the ingredients are mixed well. Add a small cup of water to the pan and let it cook for 5 mins.
- Make sure all the moisture in the pan is absorbed.
- To this add the chopped tomatoes and yogurt. Cook for next 10 mins.
- Add potatoes to this keema mixture and stir well.
- Add 1 & ½ cup of water to the pan and close it and cook on medium flame for 15 mins or until the potatoes turn tender.
- Sprinkle the garam masala, chillies and chopped coriander leaves before serving.
- Serve hot with roti or rice.
Nutritional Tip: Potatoes are rich in carbohydrates and fat. If you are on a diet, then this aloo keema recipe is a miss for you.
Tip: You can add a scoop of fresh cream before serving.
