The solar eclipse on 6 January 2019 will be the first eclipse of the year, and one of the five such celestial events to be witnessed throughout the year. While the eclipse will start at 4.08 am on 6 January, it will end at 9.18 am on the same day. The solar eclipse on 26 December 2019 will be the last eclipse of the year.
