The Fitness Spree For The Bridesmaids!

The latest trend among bridesmaids is that they are hiring personal trainers or attending bridal boot camps. They feel that they might be letting the bride down if they didn't lose weight. They don't want to have the fat wedding photos to keep for memory. Wedding photos are something that they can really remember and be confident in.
The personal trainers are working with more bridal parties than ever before. Some health clubs are even running a special program for brides and their bridesmaids called Operation Wedding Dress. There's a lot more pressure placed on the bridal party from the brides these days to look there best!
An excellent example for this trend has happened on April 17th 2009. Six bridesmaids of Sarah Torrisi were in personal training for the past two months at Fernwood Women's Health Club to get ready for the D-day.
"I wanted us to feel better and fitter and to look good for the wedding," she said.
