Tips To Breast Feed Your Baby Anywhere
Breast milk is the right, that every child has towards its mother. Breast feeding is good for both the mother and the baby. Many new mothers do not give importance to breast feeding, thinking that it might spoil their beauty. They even worry about how to breast feed outside. Following few tips for breast feeding outside will help you. But they should be very much aware that mother’s milk is the best milk for the baby. Breast feeding for a new born baby is recommended for six months exclusively, after which it should be continued for about two years with other supplements.
Most mothers avoid breast feeding because they are reluctant to feed in the public. They are concerned about how much skin they might have to expose, while feeding in public places. Some mothers are already comfortable in feeding their babies with breast milk in the public, which is good for the mother and the baby as well.
BREAST CARE - BEFORE & AFTER BREASTFEED
Only because you are a new mother, it is not essential for you to stay back at home. You still have the freedom to go outside and enjoy along with your baby. The only thing that you should do is, make yourself comfortable with breast feeding outside.
If you are a new mother or to-be a mother, this article is just for you, providing you tips to breast feed anywhere without issues.

Understand Your Rights:
One most important thing that new mothers should understand that breast feeding in the public is legal. You have every right to nourish your baby with the best food and no one can ask you to cover up or move away. Also, by doing this, remember you can set an example to all young girls, who can follow you later. Be proud about that.

Practice At Home:
You might feel delicate to nurse your baby all of a sudden in public. So first practice yourself at home. Do not be concerned about exposing too much of skin, your nursing baby covers it almost completely. Try yourself with different outfits in front of the mirror, because babies usually do not like some fabrics touching their face and this might cause discomfort to you and the baby while breast feeding in public. You can buy specially made nursing clothes that have hidden openings to make breast feeding easier.

Use Slings Or Wraps:
Use this tip for breast feeding outside. With practice, you can breastfeed your baby in most slings or wraps and the fabric of the baby carrier will cover the baby and your breast.
Pick The Right Spot:
You can look for a place where you can sit comfortably, ideally with some support for your back, as well as a place where you are less visible to the general public. In a restaurant, sitting towards the inside of a booth means you will mainly be seen by your dining companions; if there are no booths you can pick a seat at a table facing away from the dining room. At the mall, some women opt to use a change room. There is no point in walking around with a crying baby as you look for a place where you will not be visible.

Smile:
If you notice someone glancing in your direction as you breastfeed your baby, even if they are frowning or looking horrified, just give them a smile!
Feeding your child takes priority. Keep your child healthy and enjoy your motherhood!!
