Before going to bed, massage for few minutes or ask your husband to do it, inorder have a good and painless sleep.
Improves blood circulation: Body massage benefits as it increases the blood circulation throughout the body. Apart from providing relief from pain, it increases the oxygen supply required for better blood circulation.
Increases milk production: This massage should be done after delivery to increase the production of prolactin. Massage your breasts to prevent sagging them and also increase the milk production. Massaging also clears blocked ducts in the breasts.

These are few benefits of postnatal massage. After delivery, especially c section (cesarían), the body needs time to recover. The stitches should dry. Till the stitches heal, postpone your massage. Use hot or warm oil for massage. You can also add few drops of lemon or lemongrass for the proper body massage. Kneading and stroking works on the muscles and brings the uterus in the position. You can do the postnatal massage at home. Try these postnatal massage techniques to rejuvenate yourself.
