Banana Puree:

You can use a blender or even a fork to smash the banana. Then add some milk or water to make the consistency thinner.

Plum Puree:
Selecting the best purees for babies is important. Plums are loaded with calcium, vitamins and fiber. It is easy to make by blending plum and adding adequate water. But, it is not advisable to feed plum puree if you baby has diarrhea. It is best for babies who have constipation.

Blueberry Puree:
This is one of the best purees that can be included in your baby's diet. The preparation time is 15 minutes as it needs to be cooked before mashing. You can even add some water for the desired consistency.

Avocado Puree:
This is one of the best fruit purees to give your baby at 7 months of age as Omega 3 in it helps to boost the function of brain. Avocado needs no cooking to make puree. Just cut it, take out the seed and scoop out the fleshy part. After that, mash it in a blender and if necessary, add some milk or water.
