Indian Laws Where KILLING A Person Is LEGAL!

Killing a person is not a joke and if a person is left with no choice than killing the other one in self-defense, it cannot be called a murder, atleast in India!
According to the law of India, the IPC (or the Indian Penal Code) gives you freedom to murder anyone in 5 particular circumstances.
Here are 5 different times when a person can get away with a murder and walk free when he or she has murdered anyone!
So, check out the situations where killing or murdering a person is fine as per the Indian law.
Situation #1
According to the laws in section 103 and 104, if a person does a murder in self-defense, it is not seen as a murder. Any act of protecting yourself is seen as self-defense. The law understands that the accused did not have any intention of killing, he/she was protecting himself/herself.
Situation #2
If you are with someone and then you suddenly sense that the person can harm you or even murder you, then in that case you can murder him in an act of self-defense. Though this is very difficult to prove in a court of law, there are many people who have escaped sentences through this law.
Situation #3
When a girl or a woman fears that the other person will harm her or if she assumes that she is going to be raped, then she can use the self-defense method, in which she can even murder the person. When the woman feels that this assault can be harmful to her, then it will not be considered a murder in a court of law.
Situation #4
If a woman is being raped, she can harm the attacker in any way and again this is seen as an act of self-defense. So if a woman, during a sexual assault, bites the face of the man and he dies, then it would not be considered a murder.
Situation #5
If a person is being kidnapped by a gang or an individual, then the victim has the right to defend his ownself and he can launch an assault on his kidnappers. In that assault if the gang member or any of the attacker dies, then it would not be considered a homicide.
